Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
Thank you so much for choosing Skinaa. We truly hope you love every order. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help — and we've kept our return process as simple and caring as possible.
Returns
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, we kindly ask that your item is in the same condition it arrived in — unused, with its seals intact, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

If your return is accepted, we'll happily send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. We kindly ask that you wait for our confirmation before sending anything back, as we're unable to accept items returned without a prior request.

Damages and Issues
Please take a moment to inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice anything defective, damaged, or if you've received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make things right for you. We're truly sorry for any inconvenience.
If you've received the wrong product, we kindly ask that you do not open the seal of the item, and please ensure the original shipping label stays intact on the package. Once your exchange request is approved, the correct product will reach you within 7–10 business days, depending on your shipment area.
Non-Returnable Items
We're gently unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards, and we appreciate your understanding.
Exchanges
We have a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
Exchanges are only applicable if the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect (i.e., not what you ordered). We're currently unable to offer exchanges for any other reason, such as a change of mind.
If you'd like to request an exchange for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we kindly ask that you record a clear unboxing video of the product showing the issue and send it to us along with your order number. This helps us evaluate the issue quickly and arrange a replacement for you without any hassle.

We kindly ask that you wait for our confirmation before sending anything back, as we're unable to accept items returned without a prior request.
We're also unable to offer exchanges for items that have been used or opened, unless the product itself was found to be damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If it is, we'll process it to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please bear in mind that your bank or credit card company may also need a little time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still haven't received it, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at care@skinaa.com — we'll gladly look into it for you.
