Thank you so much for shopping with Skinaa. We truly appreciate your trust in us and want to make sure your order reaches you safely and on time. Here's everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, we'll send you a confirmation email as soon as possible to let you know we've received it.

Our order cutoff time is 8:00 PM. All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Please note that orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

If we're experiencing a high volume of orders, there may be a slight delay in processing. We kindly ask for your patience, and we'll always keep you informed if there's a significant delay — either by email or phone.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, your order typically arrives within 5–7 business days. In rare cases of unavoidable circumstances, transit time may be a little longer. We appreciate your understanding.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout so there are no surprises.

  • Prepaid orders — No shipping fee
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders — A shipping fee of ₹49 is applicable

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number. Your tracking link will be active within 24 hours of dispatch so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Damaged or Missing Orders

We take great care in packing every order, but if something doesn't arrive as expected, here's what we'd kindly ask you to do:

  • Damaged in transit — Please contact the courier directly to file a claim, and save all packaging materials and damaged items until the claim is resolved
  • Non-delivery or any issue with your order — Please report to us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date, along with an unboxing video and supporting images

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Skinaa is not responsible for any customs charges or taxes applied to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
